The "Tasheel" portal integrates a range of applications, platforms, and electronic systems designed to facilitate access to the Authority’s diverse services for traders, manufacturers, and investors, saving time and effort in completing procedures.
During the launch event held in Sana'a, Ahmed Al-Rahwi, Prime Minister of the Government of Change and Reconstruction, emphasized that the Standards and Quality Control Authority plays a vital role in the daily lives of citizens by directly influencing the quality of products and services they rely on.
Al-Rahwi noted that despite the challenges imposed by current circumstances, including restrictions on the entry of certain equipment into Yemen, Yemeni professionals, through God’s guidance, have succeeded in developing suitable technological alternatives.
For his part, Minister of Economy, Industry, and Investment Engineer Moein Al-Mahakri highlighted that the "Tasheel" portal represents one of the Authority’s most significant automation projects. This initiative enhances the quality of services provided and simplifies procedures for beneficiaries.
In a related context, Director General of the Standards, Metrology, and Quality Control Authority, Sam Al-Bashiri, explained that numerous procedures have been automated within the portal. This step will streamline and simplify processes for both citizens and traders alike.
Al-Bashiri called on all traders and beneficiaries to take advantage of the services offered by the "Tasheel" portal, which allows for more efficient and faster transaction processing.
Representing the private sector, Mohammed Mohammed Salah, Deputy Chairman of the General Federation of Yemeni Chambers of Commerce and Industry and Deputy Chairman of the Sana'a Chamber of Commerce, expressed the private sector’s full support for the efforts led by the Authority under the guidance of the Minister of Economy, Industry, and Investment.

Additionally, it seeks to enhance the quality of national products, support local industrialization, and improve the competitiveness of services both locally and internationally.
