The capital city, Sana'a, is preparing to host the "Sana'a International Coffee Exhibition 2025" from Sunday, February 16 to Thursday, February 20, 2025, at Al-Sabeen Park. This event marks the latest collaborative initiative between the private sector and the government following the inauguration of the Investment Law 2025, titled "Investing in Yemen – A New Vision."

Organized by the Coffee Unit of the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation and the Yemeni Corporation, the exhibition aims to highlight the quality of Yemeni coffee and enhance its position in local and international markets. The event will feature extensive participation from private sector investment companies, businessmen specializing in coffee, and entrepreneurs involved in marketing and developing value chains within the coffee industry.

As part of the exhibition preparations, a broad consultative meeting for the coffee sector was held on February 5, 2025, organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the Capital Secretariat, with the presence of exhibitors and participants. The meeting discussed final arrangements for the exhibition and ways to strengthen the role of Yemeni coffee in the national economy.

The exhibition is expected to witness wide participation from coffee producers and exporters, as well as coffee enthusiasts. Various varieties of Yemeni coffee will be showcased, alongside cultural and artistic activities related to coffee culture.

Notably, the exhibition date has been moved up to February 16, 2025, instead of its annual date on March 3, to avoid coinciding with the holy month of Ramadan.

This exhibition presents a significant opportunity to learn about the history and heritage of Yemeni coffee, strengthen ties between producers and consumers, and support the local economy by promoting this national product.
