Minister of Economy, Industry, and Investment Visits Yemeni Gas Cylinder Manufacturing and Filling Plant

As part of the Economic Stimulus Program and the Industrial Localization Plan adopted by the Government of Change and Development, Minister of Economy, Industry, and Investment, Engineer Moeen Al-Mahakari, visited today the Yemeni Gas Cylinder Manufacturing and Filling Plant.
Minister Al-Mahakari affirmed his support for such projects, which will contribute to boosting the national economy, enhancing self-sufficiency, and reducing the import bill within the available resources.
The minister praised the advanced technologies used in the plant and noted the commitment to meet quality standards, enabling the product to compete with imported alternatives.
The Minister of Economy, Industry, and Investment listened to a briefing from the plant's Executive Director, Engineer Ahmed Ezzedine, as well as from other engineers and technicians, about the plant’s products, including gas cylinders and maintenance services, along with the procedures followed in compliance with the highest quality, safety, and security standards.
He explained that the plant's daily production capacity reaches 1,000 new cylinders, along with the maintenance of an additional 1,000 cylinders, helping to meet local demand
