On Monday, December 9, 2024, the Minister of Economy, Industry, and Investment, Engineer Maeen Hashim Al-Mohagiri, inaugurated the First Sana'a Real Estate Ownership and Development Exhibition 2024, organized by Yemen Vision in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Capital Secretariat. This exhibition is the first of its kind in Yemen, dedicated to showcasing the latest solutions and innovations in real estate ownership and development.
The exhibition highlights key products and services in the construction and real estate development sectors, including locally produced building materials such as cement and steel, as well as prefabricated houses and cutting-edge technologies for real estate development projects. The event provides an opportunity for local and international companies to interact with investors and customers, presenting the latest advancements in sustainable and future-oriented construction technologies.
In a statement, the Minister of Economy emphasized that the exhibition represents an important step in fostering collaboration among companies in the real estate and construction sectors. He noted that the exhibition reflects government efforts to support the real estate industry in Yemen and contributes to promoting local products, thus boosting the national economy. The Minister also highlighted the role of locally produced materials, which help reduce dependence on imports.
